Western Great Lakes receives a Region of Year Award

We are proud to announce the ASPRS Western Great Lakes (WGL) Region was selected as the First Runner-up for the ASPRS 2013 Region of the Year Award.  First awarded in 1968, the Region of the Year Award recognizes excellence at the regional level in providing service to members and to the profession at large. WGL National Director Douglas Fuller will accept the award on behalf our region on March 27th at the ASPRS Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland.

Congrats to WGL travel scholarship winners!

In late 2012, the Board of Directors for the ASPRS Western Great Lakes announced a new scholarship program designed to help offset travel costs for graduate and undergraduate students interested in attending national conferences. This year, we received applications from eight highly-qualified students who attend universities in our region. We were thrilled to see so much interest in the first formal year of the program! 2013 Annual Dinner
