Object Based Image Analysis Workshop in Duluth March 16 and 17

We are very pleased to announce that there will be a 2-day workshop offered at the University of Minnesota-Duluth on Object Based Image Analysis (OBIA).  This workshop will apply a variety of OBIA concepts and workflows to optical, lidar, and vector datasets for mapping impervious surfaces, vegetation, streams and lakes, and other land cover features. The instructor is Keith Pelletier, a PhD student from the Twin Cities campus.

Non-University Employees Registration

If you are not a University of Minnesota employee (no Employee ID), you’ll need to follow a separate self-registration process.

Once you have created your account, you’ll be logged into the ULearn welcome page. Once logged in, use the Search box at the top right of the screen to search for “OBIA“. Click on the training, review the workshop details, and follow the instructions to register.
